How do I know if a part is compatible with my bike?
We provide detailed compatibility charts on every product page. If you are still unsure, please contact our technical support team with your bike's make, model, and year for expert advice.
What is your return policy for installed components?
For safety reasons, components that have been installed or show signs of mounting cannot be returned. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like wheelsets?
Oversized items typically ship via specialized ground freight and arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance carbon parts?
Yes, all our carbon components come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer an optional crash replacement program for select brands at a discounted rate.
Can I track my order in real-time?
