Arione R3 is a balanced and supportive racing saddle designed with a flat profile and streamlined shape. As the longest saddle in our lineup, Arione allows for considerable fore-to-aft movement, letting riders find their ideal power and comfort centers while reducing pressure in the most aerodynamic riding positions. In this configuration, Arione R3 combines a ridecompliant shell with a lightweight, durable Kium hollow rail.

Designed with a flat profile and an extended, streamlined shape, itās the longest saddle in the fizik rangeāoffering ample fore-to-aft mobility to support powerful pedaling and position shifts during intense road races and time trials. Ideal for aggressive, aerodynamic riding, Arione helps riders maintain optimal posture while minimizing pressure and maximizing output, whether sprinting for the line or holding an aero tuck in a solo breakaway.
TARGETED RELIEF, STABLE RIDE
Arione features an ergonomic cutout, developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts, that helps to relieve pressure and facilitate blood flow. Additionally, the padding is made from fizikās proprietary Type 1 foam: a low-profile, reactive formulation that delivers springy support for an instant response and optimal power transfer with every pedal stroke.
MULTIPLE FEATURES FOR MIXED DISCIPLINES
Arione comes with an optional link to integrate a waterbottle cage to the rear of the saddle. The link is designed to hold bottles at an angle that is out of the way during the critical mounting and dismounting phases at transition zones. Complying with UCI rules, Arione is equipped with a revolutionary rail insertion that provides a more aero feeling by allowing for a broad range of adjustability, necessary to achieve the ideal forward position to beat the wind.
