Designed for downhill; enduro; and aggressive trail riding; the SAINT PD-G8040 flat pedals sit at

the top of SHIMANO’s flat pedal lineup. Drawing on SAINT’s gravity-focused heritage; these

pedals feature an extra-wide; dual-concave platform that allows the rider’s shoe to settle

naturally; providing a planted; controlled feel on steep; technical terrain.

SHIMANO’s flat platform design maximises usable contact area; while a thin pedal profile

improves ground clearance. Built with a reinforced alloy pedal body; composite skid plate;

impact-resistant pins; and robust axle and bushing construction; the PD-G8040 is engineered to

withstand repeated impacts and hard riding; season after season.
